RIL的市值首次达到16万亿卢比

Reliance Industries Ltd(RIL)的股票周三首次达到16万亿卢比的市值，这是因为投资者继续购买该股票，并预计在Reliance Retail出售股份后其估值会更高。

该股在早盘交易中上涨2.2%，达到BSE的新纪录高点2,368.8卢比，短暂推升其估值超过16万亿卢比，然后小幅回落。截至上午11.13，该股在BSE的交易价格为2,346.70卢比，较之前的收盘价上涨1.27%。年初至今上涨了56.68%。

9月9日，总部位于加利福尼亚州的私募股权基金Silver Lake以750亿卢比的价格收购了Reliance Retail Ventures 1.75%的股份，使该公司的估值为4.21万亿卢比(合570亿美元)。造币厂报告说，这家零售机构将向KKR和Co.，Mubadala投资公司和阿布扎比投资局追加50亿美元的投资。

此前，未经证实的媒体报道表明，RIL打算以200亿美元的对价出售Reliance Retail的40%股份给亚马逊。

“凭借Reliance Retail(RR)在线下的主导地位和Amazon在在线上的优势，这桩婚姻看来是完美的。挑战可能是RR的在线野心，交易结构，控制相关问题等。潜在的交易可能会导致O2O庞然大物影响整个市场消费者生态系统。”印度Jefferies在给投资者的报告中说。

最近，彭博社报道说，投资者对信实工业有限公司零售业务的需求如此强劲，以至于凯雷投资集团和软银集团已经列入等待名单。

“我们期望战略投资者对RRVL(Reliance Retail Ventures Ltd)产生兴趣，这可能会扩大公司的数字版图。此外，出售RRVL的股份将改善资产负债表的健康状况，这对近期的O2C业务充满挑战期限”。

印度最大的公司RIL现在的市值为116.01万亿卢比，其次是塔塔咨询服务(9.35万亿卢比)，HDFC银行(5.95万亿卢比)，印度斯坦联合利华有限公司(4.99万亿卢比)和Infosys (4.19万亿卢比)。

在全球石油和天然气公司中，市值达1.93万亿美元的沙特阿美仍居榜首，其次是RIL。在全球股票中，苹果公司是全球市值最高的公司，市值为1.97万亿美元，其次是沙特阿美公司(1.93万亿美元)，微软公司(1.55万亿美元)，亚马逊公司(1.55万亿美元)和Alphabet Inc.( 1.03万亿美元)。
